Returns

IMPORTANT. In order to make an exchange or return, please make sure the product is in perfect condition and unused. Only products in their original condition, without any stains, will be accepted. Exchanges or returns that do not meet these conditions will be rejected.

Returns

To process the return of your order, you must write the order number on a piece of paper and place it inside the package so that the return can be accepted at the warehouse and processed more easily.
Once you have prepared your package again, send us an email to: info@kie-studio.es with the reason for the return and the order number, and we will send you the instructions to return it correctly.
Returned orders will be processed within approximately 1 to 3 business days from receipt. A confirmation email will be sent once the return has been completed. Refunds will be credited to the customer’s original payment method.

Please note that return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
